Penguins could move Rakell, Rust or Karlsson?

 Penguins in full sell mode, could move Karlsson, Rust or Rakell, LA has interest?

In today’s video we are looking at the Pittsburgh Penguins as according to David Pagnotta he says that the Penguins are looking to sell and we talked about this recently on the YouTube channel about how Pierre LeBrun said that the Penguins are the lone true selling team, well Pagnotta is mentioning the same things as he says the Penguins are looking to sell off pieces and he mentions that Karlsson, Rakell and Rust are guys that the Penguins are looking to potentially move off and he mentions that the LA Kings in particular are a team who has checked in on those players. 

So I'm not sure if the Kings would really want to pay Erik Karlsson the type of deal he is on right now, especially on the blue line, but if they could go after Rust or Rakell that would make a ton of sense for the Los Angeles Kings, so maybe that's who they move Spence for as Rust and Rakell are both really solid point producers and goal scorers and can fit in any team's top six.

Now we've heard about Rust garnering interest recently, Rakell was a name mentioned heavily at the trade deadline and Karlsson while unlikely to get moved would be a very intriguing add for many teams bluelines, so all three of these guys I think are very likely to get moved, however Karlsson maybe a little bit less unless there's some salary retention on Pittsburgh’s side, but we're going to have to wait and see on that as the Penguins are looking to sell right now as they are looking to try and get worse for this year and they might be one of my early Gavin McKenna favorites as a potential tanking team, so if they do start to sell off a whole bunch of good pieces and win the lottery, they might be able to go from Crosby to McKenna if they win the lottery next year.

So we're going to wait and see on that but the Penguins are committed to moving off some of their longerterm veterans and Karlsson, Rakell and Rust according to Pagnotta are three guys that the Penguins could wind up moving so we're going to have to wait and see on that but watch out as Pittsburgh is about to be quite busy this offseason.
