Brink on the Trade block in Philly.
In today’s blog post we are looking at the Philadelphia Flyers as according to a recent report I was looking at from Philadelphia, it says that top 9 forward Bobby Brink is potentially on the trade block for the Philadelphia Flyers and could be moved this offseason.

Now Brink didn't have an overly bad season last year as I think he had something like 12 goals and just pushed the 40 point mark so he had a decent season for the Philadelphia Flyers, but nothing overly substantial and I think he's a year away from restricted free agency status, so with that in mind it seems like the Flyers who don't have too many trade chips at this point in time like as it’s note line they're trading Tippet, Couturier, Konecny, Sanheim, or Drysdale.
So they're not trading any of these guys and the biggest trade chip is definitely Ristolainen and a secondary one might be one of their younger players to try and just give him a fresh start and Brink is falls into that category, I think he's got one or maybe two years of NHL experience under his belt now, so it'll be interesting to see if he gets moved and he's still signed for this year so I wouldn't be surprised if he stayed in Philadelphia as maybe like a third or fourth line guy and maybe he will flourish in the Rick Tocchet system and be a good fit going forward for the Flyers after the coaching change.
So we'll have to wait and see on that, but I have seen some people say that Brink might be one of the more likelier trade candidates for the Philadelphia Flyers and I can agree with that given the fact the Flyers do not have a whole bunch of players that they're going to be trading this off-season so we'll have to wait and see on that but keep your eyes on Brink as a potential trade candidate in Philly this offseason.
