After what was a even and tied jockey game for most of this game the Stars scored twice in the Final five minutes of the game to win and move up the standings. Roope Hintz had a goal (18) and a assist, while Joe Pavelski (17) and Jacob Peterson (7) both also scored for the Stars. Jake Oettinger made 27 saves on 28 shots in the win.  Joe Pavelski (2G-7A-9P) extends his point streak to five games, and Roope Hintz (3G-4A-7P) now has a four game point streak. The Ducks jumped out to a two goal lead early in the second period and didn’t look back as they beat Boston and gain in the Pacific. Hampus Lindholm had 3 assists, Ryan Getzlaf had a goal (3) and a assist, Rickard Rakell had 2 assists, while Derek Grant (7), Isac Lundestrom (9), Troy Terry (23) and Greg Pateryn (1) all also scored for the Ducks. After trailing 2-1 after two periods the Rangers would score a late third period goal to tie it and then win it in a shootout as the Rangers maintain top spot in the Metro. Artemi Panarin had 2 assists, Chris Kreider (30) and Barclay Goodrow (8) were the two goal scorers in regulation, while Artemi Panarin, Alexis Lafreniere and Adam Fox were the goal scorers in the shootout for the Rangers. Igor Shesterkin made 34 saves on 36 shots in the win. Mika Zibanejad had his eight game point streak ended, while Chris Kreider (9G-2A-11P) and Adam Fox (2G-8A-10P) both extended their point streaks to six games, and Artemi Panarin (1G-8A-9P) extends his point streak to five games. The Golden Knights scored early in the second period which wound up the only goal as Vegas beats the Capitals and keeps ahead of the pack in the Pacific.
