Columbus 7 Buffalo 4 Final 

Roslovic scores his first two goals of the season and the Blue Jackets put up a converted touchdown on the Sabres to win yet again. Jack Roslovic  scores twice (1 and 2) and added a assist, Max Domi had a goal (3) and added 2 assists, Vladislav Gavrikov scored twice (1 and 2), Boone Jenner and Gregory Hoffman both had two assists, while Oliver Bjorkstrand (6) and Sean Kuraly (3) both also scored for the Blue Jackets. Jonas Korpisalo made 29 saves on 33 shots in the win and has won three of his last four starts. Zach Wereinski (2G-5A-7P) has a five game point streak. Columbus was 0/3 on the power play, and also had 8 hits and 29 shots and have won three of their last four games. Both teams had lineup changes for Columbus Gregory Hoffman replaced Justin Danforth and for Buffalo Henri Jokiharju who is now healthy replaced Will Butcher. St.Louis 5 Vegas 2 Final

The Blues were able to overcome a early two goal deficit to strom back with five unanswered to defeat the Golden Knights. Justin Faulk had a goal (3) and a assist, David Perron and Vladimir Tarasenko both had 2 assists, while Ryan O’Reiily (3), Tyler Bozak (1), Brandon Saad (8) and Nikko Mikkola (1) all also scored for the Blues. Jordan Binnington made 32 saves on 34 shots in the win and ended his four straight games where lost his starts. St.Louis was 1/2 on the power play, and also had 24 hits and 31 shots. Both teams had lineup changes for St.Louis Nikko Mikkola replaced Robert Bortuzzo and for Vegas Adam Brooks who made his Vegas debut and Shea Theodore who is now healthy replaced Brett Howden and Dylan Coghlan. Chandler Stephenson (6) and Reilly Smith (8) were the two goal scorers for the Golden Knights. Robin Lehner made 26 saves on 31 shots in the loss and has lost two of his last three games. Nashville 3 Anaheim 2 Final

The Predators held three one goal lead and never let Anaheim lead as they not only end Troy Terry’s point streak but they win again. Ryan Johansen (6) and Yakov Trenin (2) both had a goal and assist, while Mikael Granlund (4) also scored for the Predators. Jusse Saros made 29 saves on 31 shots and the win and won his first starts in the last three games. Nashville was 1/4 on the power play, and also had 14 hits and 35 shots and have won four of their last six games. Both teams had lineup changes for Nashville Thomas Novak replaced Mathieu Olivier and for Anaheim Rickard Rakell who is now healthy replaced Mason McTavish who was sent back to juniors. Rickard Rakell (5) and Jamie Drysdale (2) were the two Ducks goal scorers in today’s game. John Gibson made 32 saves on 35 shots in the loss and has lost back to back games. Troy Terry’s sixteen game point streak and Ryan Getzlaf’s five game point streak both ended. Anaheim was 0/2 on the power play, and also had 7 hits and 31 shots.

Pittsburgh 3 Winnipeg 1 Final 

After Winnipeg got the opening goal Pittsburgh scored three consecutive goals to get another win and down the Jets. Evan Rodrigues had 2 assists, while Jake Guentzel (8), Danton Heinen (6) ans Jason Zucker (4) all were the goal scorers for the Penguins. Tristan Jarry made 30 saves on 31 shots in the win and has won three consecutive starts. Jake Guentzel (5G-2A-7P) has a six game point streak. Pittsburgh was 0/2 on the power play, and also had 25 hits and 36 shots and have a three game winning streak. Neither team had any lineup changes in today’s game. Dominic Toninato (2) was the lone goal scorer for the Jets. Connor Hellebuyck made 33 saves on 35 shots in the loss with Pittsburgh adding a EN and Hellebuyck lost a start in regulation for the first time since his second start. Kyle Connor’s six game point streak and Nikolai Ehlers five game point streak both ended. Colorado 7 Ottawa 5 Final

In a back and forth high scoring affair that saw multiple lead changes the Sens held a 5-4 lead after Sanford’s hat trick goal but three unanswered leads Colorado to victory. Nazem Kadri had a goal (6) and 3 assists for a four point night, Andre Burakovsky had 3 assists, Cale Makar scored twice (6 and 7), Valeri Nichushkin (3) and Devon Toews (3) both had a goal and assist, while Alex Newhook (2) and Mikko Rantanen (7) both also scored for the Avalanche. Darcy Kuemper made 15 saves on 20 shots in the win except Jonas Johansson stoped one shot he faced when Kuemper had a skate replaced. Nazem Kadri (5G-14A-19P) extended his point streak to nine games. Colorado was 1/4 on the power play, and also had 20 hits and 40 shots and have a five game winning streak. Ottawa was the only team to have lineup changes as Connor Brown, Dylan Gambrell, Alex Formenton, Austin Watson, Victor Mete, and Josh Brown who were all activated off of the COVID list replaced Egor Sokolov, Andrew Agozzino, Scott Sabourin, Parker Kelly, Dillon Heatherington and Jared Bernard Docker. Zach Sanford had a hat trick (3,4 and 5), Brady Tkachuk had 2 assists, while Artem Zub (1) and Josh Norris (7) both also scored for the Senators. Filip Gustavsson made 33 saves on 39 shots in the loss and Colorado added a EN and Gustavsson has lost four of his last five starts. Ottawa was 2/3 on the power play, and also had 20 hits and 21 shots and have lost eleven of their past thirteen games.

San Jose 2 Carolina 1 Final/OT

San Jose came back after giving up the first goal of the game scored the next two including the OT winner from Barabanov to lift San Jose passed Carolina. Mario Ferraro had 2 assists, while Kevin Labanc (3) and Alex Barabanov (3) were the two goal scorers for the Sharks. James Reimer made 22 saves on 23 shots in the win and his first start against his former team. San Jose was 0/1 on the power play, and also had 28 hits and 27 shots. Both teams had lineup changes for San Jose Scott Reedy who made his NHL debut and Kevin Labanc who is off of suspension replaced injured Jonathan Dahlen and Jonah Gadjovich while for Carolina Ethan Bear who was placed in COVID protocol was replaced by Brendan Smith. Tony DeAngelo (4) was the lone goal scorer for the Hurricanes. Annti Raanta made 25 saves on 27 shots in the OT loss and lost his first Start of the year. Seth Jarvis (3G-1A-4P) has a four game point streak. Carolina was 0/2 on the power play, and also had 19 hits and 32 shots and had their four game winning streak end but now have a five game point streak.
