Tampa Bay 3 Montreal 1 Final
Tampa Bay got a huge night from Vasilevskiy who gave Tampa the chance to lead with Montreal pressing and gave the Bolts a Game 2 win. Blake Coleman (2), Ondrej Palat (5), and Anthony Cirelli (5) all scored for the Lightning. Andrei Vasilevskiy made 42 saves on 43 shots in the Victory. The Lightning were 0/3 on the power play and also had 40 hits and 23 shots. Each team had a lineup change for the Canadiens Joel Armia replaced Jake Evans and for the Lightning Mathieu Joseph replaced injured Alex Killorn. Nick Suzuki (6) was the lone goal scorer for the Canadiens. Carey Price made 20 saves on 23 shots in the loss. The Canadiens were 1/3 on the power play (Suzuki had the PPG) , and also had 36 hits and 43 shots. Tampa Bay leads the Stanley Cup Final 2-0, Game 3 is Friday at 5:00.
