Tampa Bay is two points back of Carolina for top spot in the league after their win. Blake Coleman has a goal (13) and a assist, while Mikhail Sergachev (3) also scored for Tampa Bay. Christopher Gibson made 22 saves in his second start of the season. Tampa Bay is on a six game point streak. The only lineup change was for Detroit as Troy Stecher replaced Evgeny Svechnikov. Filip Zadina (6) was the lone goal scorers for Detroit. Jonathan Bernier made 40 saves in his fourth start in the last seven games. Detroit has lost four of their last five games.

1:) the Blackhawks lose in regulation to the Hurricanes or

2:) the Blackhawks get a point and the Predators defeat the Blue Jackets in any fashion or

3:) the Blackhawks win and the Predators win in Regulation.



East

Boston: will Clinch a Playoff Spot if 

1:) the Bruins get a single point vs the Devils or

2:) the Rangers lose in any fashion to the Capitals.


New York R: will be Eliminated from Playoff Contention if 

1:) the Bruins gets a single point vs the Devils or

2:) the Rangers lose in any fashion to the Capitals.



West 

San Jose will be Eliminated if 

1:) the Sharks losses in regulation to the Avalanche and the Blues get at least one point vs the Ducks or
