 Buffalo 6 Philadelphia 1 Final

Buffalo ended the longest losing streak in the shootout era with a blowout win over Philadelphia. Brandon Mountour scores twice (3 and 4), Steven Fogarty got his first NHL goal (1) and a assist, Kyle Okposo, Rasmus Ristolainen, and Jacob Bryson each had two assist games, while Casey Mittelstadt (2), Curtis Lazar (5), and Sam Reinhart (13) each scored for Buffalo. Kyle Okposo has a five game point streak (2G-4A-6P). Linus Ullmark made 31 saves in his third consecutive start. Buffalo’s win ended their 18 game losing streak. Each team had lineup changes for Buffalo Steven Fogarty and Jacob Bryson replaced Dylan Cozens and Matt Irwin and for Philadelphia Oscar Lindblom, Nolan Patrick, and Shayne Gostisbehere we’re replaced by Carson Twaryinski, Connor Bunnaman, and Erik Gustafsson. Toronto 3 Winnipeg 1 Final

Toronto improves to 3 points above Winnipeg for top spot in the North. Austin Matthews (24) and Zach Hyman (12) each had a goal and assist, Mitch Marner had two assists, and Alex Kerfoot (6) also scored for Toronto. Austin Matthews (3G-3A-6P) and Mitch Marner (1G-5A-6P) each have a four game point streak. Jack Campbell made 26 saves in his fourth start in the last five games. Colorado takes top spot in the West after destroying Arizona. Jonas Donskoi had a Hat Trick (13,14 and 15) and a assist, Gabriel Landeskog scored twice (13 and 14) and had a assist, Mikko Rantanen had a goal (21) and two assists, Andre Burakovsky scored twice (8 and 9), Pierre Edward Bellemare had a goal (5) and assist, while Nathan Mackinnon and Sam Girad each had two assists for Colorado. Jonas Donskoi has a four game point streak (5G-2A-7P). Philip Grubauer made 28 saves in his 29th start of the season. Colorado is on a twelve game point streak. The only lineup change was for Arizona as Michael Bunting came in for Drake Caggula. Michael Bunting had a goal (1) and assist, while Connor Garland (10) and Oliver Ekman-Larsson (2) each scored for Arizona. Phil Kessel’s five game point streak came to an end. Adin Hill let in 4 goals on 10 shots before being replaced by Ivan Provstev who made 23 saves in relief and in his NHL debut. Arizona’s three game winning streak ended.

Los Angeles 4 Vegas 2 Final

Los Angeles gains in the race for a playoff spot. Andreas Athanasiou had a goal (7) and assist, while Lias Andersson (2), Jaret Anderson-Dolan (4), and Alex Iafallo each scored for Los Angeles. Cal Peterson made 40 saves in his seventh start in the last eleven games. Los Angeles ended their three game losing streak. Each team had lineup changes for Vegas Ryan Reaves, Cody Glass, and Dylan Coghlan we’re replaced by Nicolas Roy and Alex Pietrangelo and used 17 players as for Los Angeles Carl Grundstrom was replaced by Lias Andersson. Shea Theodore had a goal (6) and assist, while William Karlsson (9) also scored for Vegas. Marc Andre Fleury made 26 saves. Vegas had their back to back wins come to an end.

San Jose 4 Minnesota 2 

San Jose gains in the playoff race with the win. Tomas Hertl and Brent Burns each had two assists, while Rudolf Balcers (4), Ryan Donato (6), Nikolai Knyzhov (1) who scored his 1st NHL goal, and Evander Kane (15) each scored for San Jose. Martin Jones made 26 saves in his sixth start in the last eight games. San Jose has won four of their last six games. Neither team had any lineup changes. Kirill Kaprizov (12) and Mats Zuccarello (6) each scored for Minnesota. Kappo Kahkonen made 29 saves in his first start since Mar 20. Minnesota has now lost back to back games.
