NHL Trade Rumors and Trade News

         New York R                                 Los Angeles

         2021 4TH                                 Brendan Lemieux

Analysis: this is quite a minor trade but could be important down the road. Lemieux could be a good bottom six forward for the Kings and brings toughness and grit to the young Kings. Lemieux has a year left on his contract at $1.55 Million and has (2G-5A-7P) in 31 games played. As for the Rangers they get another draft pick to use in that year’s draft.

1 . Cole Caufield turning pro

Caulfield turned pro yesterday when he signs his contract with Montreal. When he gets to Montreal expect him to be a top nine forward with a lot of upside in his scoring ability he should prove very valuable to Montreal in their playoff run.

2 . Taylor Hall on the move

After trading Eric Stall it would make sense that Taylor Hall is traded next and apparently there is a lot of teams looking to acquire The forward. He has said he was willing to waive his  NMC to go to a contender. They have said it will take a 1RD pick and top prospect to acquire Hall and keep an eye on St.Louis New York islanders and Boston for possible acquisitions.

3 . Hamonic not moving

Apparently the Carolina Hurricanes called to see if they could acquire Hamonic but he said he would not waive his NMC to go to a east team.
