New York keeps rolling with yet another win. Janne Kuokkanen (5) and Yegor Sharangovich (5) each scored for New Jersey in regulation while Nikita Gusev got the Devils lone shootout goal. Ottawa 4 Toronto 3 Final
Toronto’s fall continues with another loss. Drake Batherson scored two goals (10 and 11), Brady Tkachuk has a goal (11) and assist, and Ryan Dzingel (5) also scored for Ottawa. Joey Daccord made 33 saves in his third start in the last four games. The win ended the Senators three game losing streak. The only lineup change was for Ottawa as Colin White took out Josh Brown. Michael Hutchinson let in two goals on three shots before being pulled for Freddie Anderson who stoped 26 shots in relief. Toronto has now lost five of the last six games.
