The Red Wings came back from 2-0 down to score three unanswered goals and win which brings them closer to a playoff spot. Dylan Larkin scored twice (17 and 18), while Vladislav Namestnikov (11) also scored for the Red Wings. Alex Nedeljkovic made 26 saves on the 28 shots in the win and has started six of Detroit’s last seven games. In what was a battle of the two worst NHL teams in the league the Coyotes scored the first two goals and didn’t look back as they sent Montreal to rock bottom. Nick Schmaltz had a goal (2) and 2 assists, Clayton Keller (14), Janis Moser (3) and Johan Larsson (5) all had a goal and a assist, while Travis Boyd (9) also scored for the Coyotes. Karel Vejmelka made 24 saves on 26 shots in the win and has won three of his last five starts. After falling behind twice the Kraken got the tying goal twice and found a way to win and it helps them end their season long losing streak.
