#1) In a Keith to Oilers trade Chicago is looking at Caleb Jones
Duncan Keith has asked to be traded closer to home and is willing to waive his NMC to go to western Canada or Seattle and Edmonton is the front runner. In a Edmontom deal the Oilers would need to etheir have Chicago retain some salary or ask the Hawks to take on a bad contract while the Blackhawks are apparently interested in Caleb Jones. Caleb Jones might be exposed in the expansion draft and getting Jones should get him protected as well as he is the brother of Seth Jones and the Hawks are one of the teams interested in Seth Jones and having his brother to play with might entice him to go to Chicago.
#2) New Jersey is willing to trade the #4 Overall pick for a soild young Defensemen
New Jersey is looking for a soild young D-Men and are willing to part with the #4 overall pick to get that player. The Devils said that they would only part with the #4 overall pick if they can get a proven young Defensemen.
