 Tyler Johnson, 2023 2RD

 Brent Seabrook

Analysis: Tyler Johnson is finally leaving the Bolts as he and a 2RD Pick in 2023 have been moved to Chicago for Brent Seabrook. Johnson has a cap hit of $5 Million for another 3 seasons and should play a productive role in the Blackhawks bottom 6 after having (8G-14A-22P) in 55 regular season games and (4G-3A-7P) in 23 playoff games, and for taking on this bad contract the Blackhawks are rewarded with a 2ND round pick in a few years. For Tampa they finally get rid of the Johnson contract and take back Seabrook. However Seabrook has career ending injuries and will never play a NHL game again so Seabrook will be placed on LTIR and be placed on the shelf to create $6.88 Million in cap space for Tampa.

Gabriel Landeskog and the Avalanche have hammered out a 8 year contract extension worth $56 Million and with a AAV of $7 Million.
