 Pittsburgh 3 New Jersey 1 Final

Pittsburgh is catching up to top in the East with another win. Jake Guentzel (13) and Brian Rust (11) each had a goal and assist, Sidney Crosby had two assists, while Zach Aston Reese (6) also scored for Pittsburgh. Casey Desmith made 24 saves in his second start in the last three games. Pittsburgh has won seven of their last nine games. Each team had lineup changes for Pittsburgh Brandon Tanev came out for Jared McCann and for New Jersey Nick Bastian and Michael Mcleod came out and Pavel Zacha and Nick Merkley went in. Kyle Palmeri scored the lone goal for New Jersey. Scott Wedgewood made 26 saves in his second consecutive start. The loss ends the Devils three game point streak.

Colorado 6 Minnesota 0 Final

Colorado sweeps the two game set and have now leapfrogged Minnesota in the standings. Gabriel Landeskog (9) had a goal and two assists, Nathan Mackinnon had three assists, Cale Makar had a goal (2) and assist, Jonas Donskoi and Ryan Graves each had two assists, Devon Toews (5), Valeri Nichushkin (6), Tyson Jost (2), and Mikko Rantanen (17) each scored for Colorado. Mikko Rantanen (5G-5A-10P) and Nathan Mackinnon (4G-5A-9P) each have a five game point streak and Gabriel Landeskog (2G-6A-8P) and Jonas Donskoi (2G-4A-6P) each have a four game point streak. Philip Grubauer made 31 saves for his fifth shutout of the season. Colorado has won six straight games. Each team had lineup changes for Colorado J.T.Compher replaced Logan O’Connor and for Minnesota Carson Soucy and Joseph Crammrossa went in for Matt Dumba and Luke Johnson. Tampa Bay 4 Chicago 1 Final 

Tampa Bay Keeps top spot in the Central with the victory over Chicago. Victor Hedman has a three assists game, Steven Stamkos has a goal (15) and assist, Alex Killorn had two assists, and Yanni Gourde (10), Anthony Cirelli (9), and Brayden Point (12) each scored for Tampa Bay. Steven Stamkos now has a six game point streak (4G-4A-8P). Andrei Vasilevskiy won his 11th straight game making 30 saves in the win. Tampa Bay has won four of their last five games. The only lineup change was for Chicago where Reese Johnson replaced Lucas Wallmark. Alex Debrincat (16) scored the lone goal for Chicago. Dominik Kubalik now has a five game point streak (1G-4A-5P). Malcom Subban made 25 saves in his first start since Mar 9. Chicago is on a four game losing streak and have lost six of their last seven games.

Dallas 3 Detroit 0 Final

Dallas gains on a playoff spot with the victory. Tanner Kero (1), Andrej Sekera (2), and Ty Dellandrea (2) have each scored for Dallas. Montreal 5 Vancouver 4 Final/SO

Montreal earns a two game spilt of the set with the win. Thomas Tatar had a goal (6) and assist, Philip Danault and Shea Weber each had two assists, and Nick Suzuki (7), Joel Edmundson (2), and Brendan Gallagher (12) each scored in regulation while Thomas Tatar and Corey Perry each scored in the shootout for Montreal. Carey Price made 14 saves in his fourth start in the last five games.  Montreal extended their point streak to four games. The only lineup changes were for Montreal where Autturi Lehkonen and Victor Mete came into the lineup for Tyler Toffoli and Xavier Ouellet. Bo Horvat had a goal (14) and assist, Quinn Hughes had two assists, and Jake Virtanen (4), Brock Boeser (16), and Tyler Motte (6) each scored in regulation while Brock Boeser had the lone shootout goal for Vancouver. Brayden Holtby made 36 saves in his first start since Mar 2. Vancouver had their four game winning streak end but now have a five game point streak.

New York R 3 Washington 1 Final 

New York gains in the playoff race with the win. Pavel Buchnevich (11) and Mika Zibanejad (7) each have a goal and assist, while Brett Howden (1) also scored for New York. Artemi Panarin had his six game point streak come to an end while Ryan Strome extended his point streak to five games (1G-5A-6P). Keith Kinkaid made 28 saves in his first start in the last three games. New York has won two of their last three games and have a point in four of the last five games.  The only lineup change was for Washington as Tom Wilson came back into the lineup. John Carlson (7)was the lone goal scorer for Washington. Evgeny Kuznetsov’s six game point streak and Alex Ovechkin’s five game point streak each came to an end. Ilya Samsonov made 22 saves in his fourth start in the last six games. Washington had their seven game point streak end.

Columbus 3 Carolina 2 Final/SO

Columbus gains in the race for a playoff spot. Oliver Bjorkstrand (11) and Seth Jones (4) each scored for Columbus in regulation while Patrick Laine and Oliver Bjorkstrand each scored in the shootout. Zach Wereinski had his five game point streak end. Elvis Merzlikins made 35 saves in his first start in a week. Columbus has a point in five straight games. Neither team had any lineup changes. Andrei Svechnikov (9) and Warren Foegele (6) each scored for Carolina. Nino Niederreiter had his four game point streak end but Dougie Hamilton now has a eleven game point streak (2G-11A-13P). James Reimer made 29 saves in his third start in the last five games. Carolina in now on a three game losing streak.

New York I 6 Philadelphia 1 Final

Philadelphia needs to fix their Defence as they give up a lot of goals in another game. Casey Cizikas has two goals (5 and 6), Josh Bailey had a goal (4) and assist, Oliver Wahlstrom and Thomas Hickey each had two assists, while Jean Gabriel Pageau (10), Jordan Eberle (10), and Anthony Beauvillier (3) each scored for New York I. Ilya Sorokin started for the first time in three games and made 23 saves. The win ended the Islanders back to back losses. Each team had lineup changes for Philadelphia Michael Raffl took out Sean Couturier and for New York I Leo Komarov and Thomas Hickey replaced Keifer Bellows and Sebastian Aho. Joel Farabee (13) was the lone goal scorer for Philadelphia. Carter Hart made 22 saves and played in his fifth straight game. Philadelphia has now lost four of their last six games.

Arizona 5 Anaheim 1 Final 

Arizona gained in the playoff race with the victory over the Ducks. Derrick Brassard had a hat trick (5,6 and 7) Jacob Chychrun has a goal (8) and assist, and Clayton Keller (10) also scored for Arizona. Annti Raanta made 27 saves in his first start since last Sunday. Arizona ended their five game losing streak with the win. The only lineup change was for Arizona as Drake Caggula and Hudson Fasching went in for Michael Chaput and John Hayden. Adam Henrique (9) has the lone goal for Anaheim. Ryan Miller made 11 saves before being pulled for Anthony Stolarz who made 12 stops in relief. Anaheim has lost five of their last six games.

St.Louis 5 San Jose 2 Final 

St.Louis keeps pace with the win. David Perron (12) and Ryan O’Reilly (10) each had a goal and three assists, Jordan Kyrou has two goals (9 and 10) and a assists, Vince Dunn has a goal (4) and assist for St.Louis.  Ville Husso made 29 saves in his first start in a week. St.Louis has won back to back games since a five game losing streak. Each team had lineup changes for St.Louis Tyler Bozak, Oscar Sundqvist, and Zach Sanford and were replaced by Dakota Joshua, Nathan Walker, and Jacob Del La Rose while San Jose took out Kurtis Gabriel and Matt Nieto and put in Annti Soumela and Frederik Handemark. Dylan Gambrell (2) and Thomas Hertl (8) each scored for San Jose. Deven Dubnyk made 16 saves in his sixth start in eight games. San Jose now has a four game losing streak. 

St.Louis is T3rd in the West 16-10-5 record, 37 points, 6 points above the playoff line, 31 games played.

San Jose is 7th in the West 11-14-4 record, 26 points, 11 points back of a playoff spot, 29 games played.



Edmonton 4 Winnipeg 2 Final

Edmonton remains tied for 1st in the North with the win. Darnell Nurse (10) and Connor McDavid (21) each had a goal and assist, while Deven Shore (2) and Leon Draisaitl (18) each scored for Edmonton. Connor McDavid has a nine game point streak (7G-13A-20P). Mike Smith made 29 saves in his third start in four games. Edmonton is on a three game winning streak.  The only lineup change was for Edmonton where Jujhar Khaira and William Lagesson came in for Joachim Nygard and Caleb Jones. Pierre-Luc Dubois had a goal (6) and assist while Andrew Copp (6) also scored for Winnipeg. Connor Hellebuyck made 33 saves in his third start in the last four games. Winnipeg has lost three of their last four games.
